The International Booklover's Burlesque Festival third night launches Saturday, April 13 at The Alberta Rose in Portland, Oregon as we celebrate all types of literature! Just as a library is an eclectic mix of books, this Saturday show shall also celebrate an eclectic mix of all types of writing matched with all types of performers.
Saturday Grand Showcase will feature Saturday evening's Guest of Honor. In addition, specially-curated burlesque, boylesque, and draglesque acts chosen for our festival from around the globe will be intertwined with readings from performing artists, writers, professional actors/readers.
This event is 21 & over.
Remember, our shows are sex/body/queer positive, feminist, and inclusive to all! Come join us for all four nights of our special 2nd annual festival!

Fancy Feast
(New York City)- GUEST OF HONOR
Fancy Feast is a Brooklyn-based burlesque performer, writer, and sex educator. She has performed at venues including The Whitney, the Brooklyn Museum, the Metropolitan Opera, and Meow Wolf in Santa Fe, and has been profiled in Vogue, NPR, Interview Magazine, and The Huffington Post. She is the author of Naked: On Sex, Work, and Other Burlesques (Algonquin Books, 2023).

Babia Majora is a non binary artist and activist who saunters all the way along the gender spectrum. Named one of Canada's top 3 Xlesque (non binary burlesque) performers, they are a proud member of Canada’s first BIPOC centred burlesque troupe, Les Femmes Fatales, and thrive when making spaces for trans, non binary, gender nonconforming, and of course their fellow gaysian performers.
