THE ULTIMATE HITCHHIKER'S GUIDE TO THE GALAXY by Douglas Adams consists of five novels and one story and I call this big bound book my Bible. I have read it probably almost yearly since I was a teenager, whenever I was feeling down and needed a laugh. I absolutely love the combination of sci-fi and comedy and there is something quite magical about British humor.
