The International Booklover's Burlesque Festival second night launches Friday, April 14 at The Alberta Rose in Portland, Oregon as we celebrate all types of literature! Just as a library is an eclectic mix of books, this Friday show shall also celebrates an eclectic mix of all types of writing matched with all types of performers.
The International Booklover's Burlesque Festival second night launches Friday, April 14 at The Alberta Rose in Portland, Oregon as we celebrate all types of literature! Just as a library is an eclectic mix of books, this Friday show shall also celebrates an eclectic mix of all types of writing matched with all types of performers.
Grand Showcase #1 will feature Friday evening's Guest of Honor, Jo Weldon and Featured Performer and Writer, Luna DeLyte. In addition, specially-curated burlesque, boylesque, and draglesque acts chosen for our festival from around the globe including acts by Sara James, Zara Estelle, Annie Mae Allure, Remy Dee, Sherwood Ryder, The Infamous Nina Nightshade, Paige Rustles, Carmen Caliente, Bee Bee Sanchez, Sugar Vixen, and Pandora Foxx will be intertwined with readings from performing artists, writers, professional actors/readers. Friday's Grand Showcase #1 will be hosted by Zora Von Pavonine.
